Lacey is a product of the 2021 Sassy X Lazarus litter.  This pairing was a brackett line breeding on American Grand Champion, Champion, Canadian/UKC Champion- Poplar Forest Play It Again Sam- Master Hunter (12) Master Hunter Upland, Companion Dog Excellent, Utility Dog, Rally Excellent "Sam".

Sam is one of the most decorated Labradors in existence, particularly in the world of conformation or bench bred dogs.  His diversity in titles as well as his ability to reach the top level in competition in every sport he participated in are a testament to his superior temperament, advanced intelligence and trainability, biddability and drive.  I was so excited to produce this litter and have a chance to work with their offspring.  Several of Lacey's littermates have gone on to achieve some pretty exceptional things! Lacey's littermate Boaz is a working Psychiatric Service dog and her brother Remi is a UKC Champion/ Grand Champion.  This litter produced a style of conformation that is very popular in the UKC- that is proper form and conformation, but in a fit, functional and stylish package.  UKC does not rewards large, overdone dogs the way that AKC shows often do.  UKC's goal in judging is to look for dogs that are actually functional for the breed's purpose. Lacey has received her UKC Show Champion title and already has one leg towards her Grand Champion title. We hope to achieve her GCH in 2024 and start her career in Rally Obedience.
